Acknowledgement

I’d like to acknowledge the country on which I practice on. Unceded Darug country, I pay my respects to the peoples of the Boolbainora Nation, elders past, present and future.

I’d also like to acknowledge the lineage of the practices I work with and form part of my life and offerings,  in particular the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki lineage and the Hatha and Tantric Yogic traditions. These ancient practices are ones that have transformed my life, I feel very grateful to practice and share in their richness with my community. To all the teachers who have sat with me, guided me with words, movement, breath, wisdom and energy I am forever grateful. 

I would also like to honour my own lineage. My Chilean ancestors who came before, those that lived in the Northern Altiplano, on the Island of Chiloé, in the heart of the country Santiago and all the pockets of the long, beautiful country I am yet to discover my roots. Thank you for paving the way with your light, your beliefs, your traditions and for granting me access to the beauty of our culture that guides me in this lifetime.
