All orders made through the online store are processed and shipped usually same day or next day depending on what time you place your order through our store, and unless stated that the item is presale or out of stock.
I ship from NSW, delivery times will vary depending on your location. For most capital cities your parcel should arrive between 2-4 days, however for remote locations or at high peak shipping times (Christmas) it can take up to 14 days to receive your parcel.
All shipping is within Australia only. I will not be able to offer International Shipping at this time, apologise for any inconvenience.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Currently Sanas does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. But if your ceramic product arrives to you damaged please follow the below instructions. Please also note that as the ceramics are one of a kind, all of them have their own unique flare, and may not appear exactly as per the pictures.
I take extra care in packaging the ceramics to make sure they arrive to you all in one piece, but if they do experience breakages along the way, make sure you contact me within 72 hours (email@example.com) of receiving your goods. If I don’t hear from you in that timeframe I will assume you are happy with your product and unfortunately, I’ll be unable to process the refund, return or exchange.
Please note that some of the ceramics are one of a kind and I may not be able to replace them, if this is the case you will receive the option of a refund, exchange for other products, or a credit note from the shop.
