| Ingredients | All the herbs have their own beautiful qualities that will weave magic into your day through body, mind & spirit. 🌿Spearmint – A common garden plant, which forms part of the mint family. With a lower percentage of the volatile oil, menthol in its constitution, spearmint is a more subtle and lighter taste than it's cousin peppermint. It's a great herb for digestion and makes for a happy tum throughout the day. 🌿Rose – Known as the flower of love. The rose is a multi-layered medicine that works on many systems but has been added to this blend with the intention to promote self-love and create emotional boundaries. In Ayurvedic practices, the rose is believed to balance all doshas and open the heart chakra to encourage feelings of patience, compassion and love. 🌿Ginger – With its warming zest, it acts as a potent antimicrobial good for keeping the bugs at bay or helping with any cold and flu symptoms. It's a beautiful herb for enhancing circulation and has also been known to help aid digestion & inflammation in the body. 🌿Tulsi – An adaptogenic herb which basically helps the body to adapt to stress, when drunk regularly. It is a herb that has both relaxing & uplifting qualities.
