 Gentle Flow (Mon – 6.45pm)

Yin Yoga (Thurs – 6pm)

Exchange between $7-$20

Yin Yoga – 60 mins
A slower class, mostly on the floor supported with pillows and blankets with longer holds, following and supporting the meridians of the body as per traditional Chinese medicine. A chance to fall and welcome in deep rest.

All levels welcome.

Hatha Flow – 60 mins

 A mix of steady and gentle flow that will bring you back to centre and help you balance the mind, completing our practice with gentle restful forms.

Yoga for $30

Dive into your Yoga practice with access to unlimited Yoga for 2 weeks for $30 with Agatha. 

Discover the classes that feel best for your body and connect with community and self. 

Once you have purchased the package, you will get a code to use and redeem classes for 2 weeks.

Please note this pass is only available once per person and can not be extended or paused. You will have access to online or in person classes. 

Please note if there are any COVID restrictions only online classes will be available.

Agatha offers local community yoga classes from her studio space in South Wentworthville. She hopes to bring the benefits of yoga to everyone. Encouraging people to connect to their breath, their body and their mind. All levels are welcome 2 x Flow Yoga Classes and one Yin Yoga class per week. 

Small sized classes of 6 people. Bookings essential. 

2 weeks unlimited classes for $30 claim below. 

Donations of $10, $15 or $20 for classes are accepted through the booking system or on the day of practice. 

Bring your own yoga mat, towel and something to cover the eyes

Blocks, bolsters, blankets & tea after class are provided.
